Together with Product team, we envision on how these 1000 e-scooters will be deployed and define the goal for each deployments by mapping out the journey. We define the target Riders, and list out hypothesis together with Product and Data team.

Hardware test internally (dogfooding)

In order to get early feedback, we planned internal testing and recruited our own employee to try the e-scooter and gather feedback internally first, this way we don't have to recruit and deal with NDA.

Hardware testings

Our in-house team along with chosen friends & family in Singapore ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฌ and Melbourne ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ participated in a series of trials to evaluate our operational preparedness, the riding experience, and equip us for the actual launch.

Outcome

  • Overall N4 has been perceived as a successful and welcomed upgrade

  • 5% uplift in market share after a month of launch

  • 89.5% said they would "Absolutely" take another ride with N4

  • Positive feedback on suspension, acceleration and hill climbing capability and feel safer on N4, thanks to the indicators, suspension, and responsiveness
